Position: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding Personal Loans and Credit Cards.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, perks, interest rates, and applicable charges to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan or credit card products.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful applications.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the application process.
- Collect and verify basic customer information required for processing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and application status.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for application processing and approval.
- Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.

Eligibility

- Qualification:



10th / Intermediate / Any Degree
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer operations.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, loans, credit cards, or insurance will be preferred.
