About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced National Sales Head to lead business development, revenue growth, and market expansion for a quick-growing Brand Solutions company.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive national sales, business development, and revenue growth.
- Acquire new national and regional clients.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team across key markets.
- Develop strong relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Procurement Heads, and senior decision-makers.
- Identify and expand into new geographical markets.
- Grow existing key accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Own sales targets, pipeline, margins, conversions, and collections.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.




- Requirements12–18+ years of experience in BTL / Experiential / Activation / Advertising / Brand Solutions / Retail Branding / POSM.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and market expansion.
- Strong network with leading brands and senior decision-makers.
- Experience in building and managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial understanding with a focus on revenue and profitability.
- High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong execution ability.
