Job Title: Sen ior Non IT & IT Recruiter

Role Overview

The Senior Non-IT & IT Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery for non-technical and FMCG roles. This is a pure recruitment position requiring strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management, and hiring closure expertise. Key Responsibilities

 Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer closure

 Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

 Drive proactive sourcing through database, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks

 Screen resumes and conduct structured preliminary interviews

 Coordinate and manage interview processes with speed and accuracy

 Ensure consistent candidate engagement and a positive hiring experience

 Lead offer discussions, negotiations, and joining confirmations





 Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS data Key Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR preferred)

 5+ years of proven experience in Non-IT and IT recruitment

 Robust hiring exposure across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and allied functions

 Demonstrated expertise in database mining, LinkedIn sourcing, and market networking

 Ability to work independently and deliver under hiring timelines

 Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Employment Term
