Salary:

- Base Pay: ₹30,000/month
- Incentives: Up to ₹40,000/month (performance-based)
- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹70,000/month

Job DescriptionPhonePe is hiring Rural Territory Sales Managers (RTSMs) to drive merchant acquisition, activation, and business growth across the assigned territory. This is a field-based leadership role involving market visits, merchant relationship management, and managing a sales team to achieve business targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive merchant acquisition and activation across the assigned territory
- Lead QR & Soundbox deployment and ensure effective utilization
- Drive Lending & ReKYC execution as per business requirements
- Manage team performance and ensure target achievement
- Develop the market and build strong merchant relationships
- Track field activities, performance,



and business metrics
- Identify opportunities to expand PhonePe's presence in the rural market
- RequirementsEducation: Graduate preferred
- Experience: 1–2 years of field sales experience
- Preferred Background: Fintech / Telecom / FMCG sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal & team-handling skills
- Comfortable with extensive local travel and field work
- Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooty) with valid documents
- Valid Driving License mandatory
- Ability to manage targets and lead a field sales team
