About the RoleSCB Consulting India LLP is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team.

You will play an important role in lead generation, client outreach, market research and business development, while working across our financial and consulting services including Real Estate Finance, Corporate Finance, Retail Finance, Structured Finance, Private Equity, M&A; and IPO Advisory.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, generating business opportunities and working in a growth-focused environment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through online and offline channels.
- Identify prospective clients and recent business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and maintain prospect databases.
- Connect with prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the business development team.
- Assist in social media and digital marketing activities.
- Prepare presentations, marketing materials and reports.




- Maintain CRM/Excel records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking, follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and digital platforms.
- Proactive, confident and target-oriented approach.
- Experience in Finance, Banking, NBFC, Real Estate or Consulting will be an advantage.
