Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee civil construction activities, plumbing pipeline installation, and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work quality, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors, and completing projects safely within the scheduled timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily civil construction and plumbing works at project sites.

Execute RCC, masonry, flooring, plastering, excavation, and finishing works.

Monitor installation of underground and above-ground water supply, drainage, sewerage, and plumbing pipelines.

Ensure proper alignment, leveling, slope, and testing of piping systems.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Interpret construction drawings, plumbing layouts, and project specifications.

Verify site measurements and prepare work quantities.

Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and daily work schedules.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Ensure quality standards and compliance with approved drawings.

Maintain daily progress reports,



site records, and material consumption reports.

Coordinate inspections and testing of civil and plumbing works.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site housekeeping standards.

Assist in project billing, BOQ verification, and work certification.

Resolve site execution issues and report project status to the Project Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

2–4 years of experience in civil construction and plumbing pipeline projects.

Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, or infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of plumbing standards, construction methods, and quality procedures.

Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate with multiple teams.
