Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month

- Job ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise quality checking activities in the production unit.
- Inspect fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing processes.
- Ensure garments are manufactured according to required quality standards and specifications.
- Identify defects, quality issues, and production errors and take corrective action.
- Conduct regular quality inspections at different stages of production.
- Coordinate with Production, Cutting, Stitching, and Finishing teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and records.
- Ensure proper measurement, stitching, finishing, and appearance of garments.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and wastage through effective quality control.
- Train workers and supervisors regarding quality standards and common defects.




- Ensure final products meet customer requirements before dispatch.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of garment manufacturing and quality control.
- Knowledge of garment defects and inspection procedures.
- Positive understanding of measurements, stitching, finishing, and garment specifications.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to identify and solve production quality issues.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets will be an advantage.
- Qualification12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma in Textile or Garment Manufacturing preferred.
- Key RequirementsCandidates should have relevant experience in garment/textile manufacturing quality control.
- Must be able to handle the quality team and coordinate with production departments.
- Should be responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month
