Role Title
IT Project Manager – Office of the CDIO
Role Summary
The IT Project Manager – Office of the CDIO will drive execution excellence across the IT and Digital function by establishing strong project governance, tracking strategic initiatives, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of business-critical technology programs.
This role serves as the Program Management Office (PMO) for the CDIO, working closely with business leaders, project teams, technology partners, and vendors to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Program Management
- Drive end-to-end execution of the organization's strategic IT and Digital transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct periodic project governance reviews and prepare status reports for leadership.
2. CIO Office Governance
- Establish and operate the CDIO Project Management Office (PMO).
- Create standardized project management methodologies, templates, dashboards, and governance processes.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and maintain action trackers.
- Drive cross-functional coordination between IT, business teams, and external partners.
3. KPI & Performance Management
- Define KPIs for IT functions and strategic initiatives.
- Develop executive dashboards to track project health, delivery performance, budgets, vendor performance, and operational metrics.
- Monitor progress against annual IT objectives and highlight risks or deviations.
- Publish monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership.
4. Budget & Financial Management
- Track IT budgets across projects and operational initiatives.
- Monitor project expenditures, forecasts, and variances.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic financial reviews.
- Ensure optimal utilization of project investments.
5. Strategic & Special Projects
- Support the CDIO in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
- Lead special assignments involving business transformation, process improvement, organizational initiatives, or technology evaluations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consulting partners for strategic programs.
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure project alignment with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate with implementation partners and technology vendors.
- Track contractual deliverables, milestones, and escalations.
7. Reporting & Executive Communication
- Prepare high-quality presentations, dashboards, executive summaries, and board-ready reports.
- Provide concise updates on project health, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of key decisions and governance forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- MBA is preferred.

Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technology projects.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Applications is preferred.
Required Skills
- Robust project and program management capabilities.

- Expertise in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
