Revenue Management
Tech Trail Revenue Management Division helps hotels and hospitality businesses improve their revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall profitability through professional Revenue Management and distribution strategies.
As we scale our Revenue Management business, we are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to build our hotel/property client portfolio across Delhi NCR and other key markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and manage hotel/hospitality sales leads.
* Connect with hotel owners, GMs and commercial decision-makers.
* Conduct meetings, understand needs and present Revenue Management solutions.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals.
* Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
* Build client relationships and generate referrals.
* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate client onboarding with internal teams.
Ideal Candidate




* 3–6 years B2B Sales/Business Development experience, preferably in hospitality/travel/OTA.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Solid hospitality network and relationship-building abilities.
* Target-oriented, self-driven and comfortable with field sales/travel.
* Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
KPIs
* Lead generation, meetings, conversions, new clients, revenue and client retention.
Candidates should be comfortable with field visits and meeting hotel owners/management teams across Delhi NCR.
