Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships for Ohmmo Group. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and presenting tailored marketing solutions to prospective and existing clients.

The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

 The Sales Manager tracks sales performance, provides regular reports and forecasts,



and contributes to sales strategies that align with company goals. This position requires proactive outreach, in-person client meetings, and consistent follow-up to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Experience with consultative selling, solution-based sales, and negotiation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, online advertising, and branding.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Previous experience in agency, marketing, or media sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Ahmedabad.
