You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex workflows into simple, elegant experiences that help users achieve their goals efficiently. - Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interactive prototypesn
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate assumptions and improve product experiencesn
- Design polished and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applicationsn
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, style guides, and pattern librariesn
- Ensure consistency in typography, color, spacing, accessibility, and interaction patterns across productsn




- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecyclen
- Deliver organized, developer-friendly Figma files and support implementation to ensure design qualityn
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for UX improvementsn
- Contribute to product strategy through user-centered design thinking and experimentationn
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, AI-assisted workflows, and industry best practicesn

nMust Have

- n
- 6-10 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products across web and mobile platformsn
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, problem-solving skills, and high-quality visual designn
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoffn
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and platform-spec
