- Provide basic technical support for computers, printers, email, internet and other office equipment. N
- Assist employees with software, hardware and system-related issues. N
- Set up computers, user accounts, email accounts and access for new employees. N
- Assist with troubleshooting connectivity, printing, software and other common IT issues. N
- Maintain IT-related documentation, including equipment, software, licenses and user records. N
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and access removal. N
- Track and maintain company IT assets and equipment. N
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriat
