- Skilled proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 or equivalent) for technical discussions and documentation. N
- Fluent Japanese language skills (spoken, written, and presentation) with the ability to independently conduct technical and business discussions. N
- Good understanding of Japanese business culture, business etiquette, and stakeholder management. N
- 7+ years of experience in Application Security, Product Security, or Secure Software Development. N
- Strong expertise in OWASP Top 10, API Security, Secure SDLC, Threat Modeling, Secure Coding, and DevSecOps. N
- Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, code reviews, and penetration testing. N
- Experience securing web, mobile, API, and cloud-based applications. N

- Engage with various business units, Sony group companies, and external stakeholders to present SARD Product Security capabilities, conduct technical and business discussions, and develop new security business opportunities. N
- Prepare and deliver compelling security proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations tailored to customer and business requirements. N
- Promote and expand the adoption of Product Security and Application Security services across multiple business units and partner organizations. N
- Perform security assessments and review. N
