About the Role
nWe are looking for a Video Editor to create engaging and impactful video content for political campaigns, digital platforms, and public-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a creative approach to storytelling, and an understanding of social media and digital content trends.
nRoles & Responsibilities

- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.n
- Create engaging videos using footage, graphics, animations, music, and other visual elements.n
- Work closely with creative, strategy, communications, and digital teams to develop campaign content.n
- Translate campaign narratives and ideas into compelling visual stories.n
- Edit content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X, and other digital channels.n
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and basic visual effects where required.n
- Ensure videos are aligned with campaign objectives, messaging, and brand guidelines.n
- Stay updated on social media trends,



editing styles, and emerging digital formats.n
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within tight timelines.n

nRequirements

- n
- 2–4 years of experience in Video Editing, Digital Content, Advertising, Media, or a related field.n
- Robust proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar editing tools.n
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound, and composition.n
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.n
- Good understanding of current affairs, politics, and digital media will be an advantage.n
- Strong creative and attention-to-detail skills.n
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.n
