About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Executives to join our sales unit. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are genuinely interested in building a long-term career in Sales & Business Development in the latest technologies

The role will primarily involve working on provided business data, identifying and segregating relevant prospects, connecting with potential customers through outbound calls, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Segregate and organize the provided customer/prospect data based on relevant criteria.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from the assigned database.
- Introduce the company and its products/services to potential customers in a skilled manner.




- Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, interest, and potential.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and meeting details.
- Update lead status and activity in the CRM or designated tracking system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and meeting-generation targets.
- Continuously improve communication, sales, and customer-handling skills.
