About the Role – Implementation Specialist
nAs an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of our GST products. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating product configuration and integrations, conducting product demonstrations, and training, and ensuring successful implementation and post-go-live support.

- Manage end-to-end implementation of GST products.n
- Understand client requirements and coordinate product configuration and deployment.n
- Support ERP/API integrations in collaboration with internal technical teams.n
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and post-implementation support.n
- Guide clients on GST compliance and return filing processes.n
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams.n
- Track project timelines, documentation, risks,



and client issues.n
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.n
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.n
- Visit client locations as required.n

- Strong client-facing and communication skills.n
- Hands-on experience in GST return filing and/or indirect taxation.n
- Understanding of APIs, ERP integrations, or software implementation.n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.n
- Customer-focused approach with robust ownership and execution skills.n
- Willingness to travel as required.n
