Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis • Oversee preparation of financial statements including balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial reports • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making 2. Budgeting & Forecasting • Develop and manage annual budgets in alignment with business goals • Monitor actual performance vs budget and analyze variances • Support long-term financial planning and forecasting

3. Accounting Operations Management • Supervise daily accounting operations and team activities • Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and guide team members

4. Compliance & Audit • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations • Handle audits and coordinate with external auditors • Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent errors and fraud

5. Financial Controls & Risk Management • Design and implement financial control systems • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies • Ensure safeguarding of company assets and financial integrity

Cross-Functional Coordination • Collaborate with departments like finance, sales, HR, and operations • Provide financial insights for business decisions • Support strategic and operational planning

7. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management • Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity • Manage receivables, payables, and working capital efficiently • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions if required

8. Process Improvement • Identify areas for process optimization and automation • Improve accounting systems and workflows • Support implementation of ERP or financial systems

Key Requirements:

Education: • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance preferred) Experience: • 5-20 years in accounting and finance roles

• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred

• Budgeting and forecasting expertise

• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
