Role & responsibilities

- Expert level in Agentic Automation Engineering hands-on experience designing and implementing autonomous agent systems
- Expert level in Agentic Workflows deep understanding of multi-step, goal-driven workflow orchestration
- Expert level in Generative AI Application Development proven experience building production-grade Gen AI solutions (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio ability to create, configure, and extend Copilot agents for enterprise use cases
- Expert level in Microsoft Power Apps — experience building and integrating Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise environments




- Intermediate knowledge of Solution Architecture — ability to design coherent, scalable technical solutions and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed, international team

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, etc.)
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Dataverse, or other Microsoft Power Platform components
- Background in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and sales process automation
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
