We are seeking a proactive graduate fresher who has Non-Technical Background in Customer Support. He/She Should have robust communication skills (English and Hindi), handling, request processing ,vendor or team coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities of customer care executive:
- To accept food orders and call back for order confirmation
- To process orders in a mannered way
- To coordinate with the vendors and Concerned team
- Responsible for complete customer support




- To take feedback and follow up delivery information per order
- To manage complaints of individual customers
- To contribute operations information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews
- To communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience including resolving problems and complaints
- Maintain relationship with key operations vendors
- To accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as and when required

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
