Job Summary

Suryabala Motors is looking for an experienced Service Manager - Honda BigWing to manage service and workshop operations, achieve business targets, ensure service quality, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Honda BigWing service and workshop operations.
- Achieve monthly service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
- Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency, and vehicle turnaround time.
- Ensure proper diagnosis, repair quality, and timely vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Monitor service appointments, job cards, estimates, and delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with Honda service standards, warranty, campaigns, and recall procedures.
- Promote AMC, RSA, extended warranty, accessories, and other value-added services.
- Manage and motivate Service Advisors, Technicians, and workshop staff.
- Coordinate with Parts, Sales, and Accounts departments.




- Monitor spare parts, lubricants, consumables, and workshop expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
- Drive customer retention and repeat service business.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in automobile / two-wheeler service.
- Previous Service Manager / Workshop Manager experience preferred.
- Solid technical, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of DMS / service management software.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Premium motorcycle service experience will be an advantage.
