Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients/leads.
- Follow up with leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Understand patient requirements and provide basic information about clinic services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with patients.
- Follow up with interested patients to improve appointment conversions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Coordinate with the counsellor/clinic team when required.
- Maintain qualified and polite communication with patients.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
