Eligibility
- Graduate from any discipline with no backlogs.
- Valuable academic record in H.S.C. and S.S.C. preferred.
- Strong hunger to learn, perform, and grow.

Experience
- Sales experience through telecalling is preferred.
- Experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition, or B2B Sales through calling will be an advantage.
- Strong customer communication, follow-up, convincing, and sales conversion skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Make 80-100 productive customer calls per day while maintaining call quality and enthusiasm.
- Connect with registered, prospective, existing, and inactive customers.
- Understand customer requirements by asking relevant questions instead of simply following a calling script.
- Identify customers' material requirements, quantity, purchase timelines, and other relevant details.
- Generate qualified inquiries and pass relevant opportunities through the sales process.




- Follow up consistently with customers on inquiries, quotations, requirements, and purchase decisions.
- Convert registered but inactive customers into first-time buyers.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and work towards generating repeat orders.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call status, requirements, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
