Key Responsibilities
- Handle material inward and outward activities.
- Receive, verify, and store materials properly.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Issue materials to Production, Maintenance, and other departments as required.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, challans, and stock reports.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.
- Update inventory records in ERP/software and MS Excel.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials as per company procedures.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of stores and inventory management.
- Basic understanding of material inward/outward processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant stream.
- 1-3 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, or Material Management.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be prefer
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
