Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Assist in job posting and employer branding initiatives.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, positive organisational skills, and a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹10,103.33 - ₹15,000.00 per month
