Job Description – Sales Executive

Location: Shillong, Meghalaya

Reporting Time: 8:00 AM daily to 7.00 PM

Reporting Office: Garikhana, Shillong

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for field sales and market operations across Shillong’s major wholesale markets, including Paltan Bazar, Mawlonghat, Bara Bazar, Jeep Stand, and other nearby markets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDaily reporting to the office at 8:00 AM.
- Visiting wholesale markets and booking orders from distributors, traders, and retailers.
- Coordinating and carrying out stock deliveries.
- Payment collection and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Maintaining strong relationships with distributors and traders.
- Regularly monitoring market activity, customer requirements, and competitor presence.
- Providing timely updates on sales, collections, and market developments.

Preferred: Candidates with good knowledge of areas both inside & outside Shillong and across Meghalaya will be given preference. Ideal Candidate: A proactive, disciplined and field-oriented individual with good communication skills and the ability to build robust customer relationships.
