1. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and respond to incoming enquiries.
2. Explain DMC services, healthcare programs and available facilities.
3. Understand patient requirements and guide them to the appropriate service.
4. Generate, qualify and follow up on leads.
5. Coordinate appointments/enquiries with the concerned healthcare provider.
6. Maintain daily call and lead records.
7. Follow up with interested patients and service providers.
8. Achieve assigned calling, follow-up and conversion targets.
9. Maintain professional communication and patient confidentiality.
