Position: Store Keeper

- Roles & Responsibilities:Maintain proper records of all stock, inventory, spare parts, materials, and supplies.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and ensure proper storage.
- Issue materials and spare parts to the required departments as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and update inventory records regularly.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and report any shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper organization, labeling, and cleanliness of the store area.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when materials require replenishment.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for inventory-related requirements.
- Maintain records of inward and outward materials, invoices,



and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Follow company policies and maintain safety standards within the store area.
- Requirements:Previous experience as a Store Keeper, Store Assistant, or in inventory management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of stock handling and inventory management.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and inventory records.
- Valuable organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work responsibly and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates from retail, hospitality, entertainment, or similar industries will be preferred.
