### Job Description – Customer Relations Manager (CRM)

*Industry:* Manufacturing / Engineering / Process Industry / Industrial Equipment

*Experience:* 1–2 Years

*Employment Type:* Full-time

*Working Days:* 6 Days (Monday–Saturday)

*Weekly Off:* Sunday

*Work Mode:* Work from Office

#### Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for customers.

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.

* Build and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships.

* Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.

* Provide timely updates regarding orders, deliveries, quotations, and services.

* Maintain customer records and CRM data.

* Track pending requests and ensure timely resolution.





* Conduct regular customer follow-ups and collect feedback.

#### Requirements:

* 1–2 years of experience in *Customer Relations / Customer Service / CRM*.

* Manufacturing/Industrial experience preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
