Key Responsibilities

Technical Interpretation: Study, interpret, and maintain mechanical assembly drawings to ensure precise execution of tasks.

Material Management: Properly organize and maintain loose materials using structural tagging systems for easy identification and inventory control.

Assembly Support: Actively assist the lead fitter in heavy mechanical assembly, structural fitting, and equipment alignment operations.

Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Safeguard, clean, and maintain all hand tools, tackles, and precision measuring instruments to prevent wear or damage.

Workplace Organization: Adhere to strict industrial housekeeping norms by keeping the workspace clean, safe, and free of hazards.

Autonomous Operations: Demonstrate the capability to work independently and step into execution roles to handle fitting jobs seamlessly in the absence of the lead fitter.
