About the Role:

Gen Proces is looking for an AI Trainer / Program Delivery Executive to conduct and manage our online AI learning programs, including workshops, internships, and 3-4 month AI courses.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence , Generative ai and the ability to teach students in a simple, engaging, and industry-oriented manner. Candidate should be more passionate about technology, AI and should be always updating themselves with latest tools and models.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct live online AI workshops and training sessions.

- Conduct online AI internship programs and guide students throughout the program.
- Deliver live online AI courses.
- Prepare practical demonstrations, assignments, projects, and learning activities.
- Explain AI/ML concepts and tools in a clear and practical way.
- Guide students in completing AI projects and assignments.
- Handle student questions and provide technical support during the programs.
- Monitor student participation, assignments, and project progress.




- Maintain the quality and consistency of online training sessions.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding batch schedules and student requirements.
- Improve training content based on student feedback and industry developments.
- Assist in developing new AI training programs and workshop content when required.
- Ideal CandidateStrong practical knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Python, or related technologies.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting live online sessions for groups of students.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to engineering students and beginners.
- Solid problem-solving and mentoring skills.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or working on AI projects is preferred.
- Passionate about technology and teaching students.
