The Purchase Executive supports the end-to-end procurement cycle — from indent to purchase order to delivery follow-up — for project materials and general purchases. This role works within Ecoteam's procurement workflow (BOM → Indent → RFQ → Quotation → Comparison → PO → PO Approval → GRN) using the Ecoteam Inventory (Stockyard) system, coordinating with vendors, site/project teams, and the finance function to ensure materials arrive on time, at the right price, and are properly documented.
