Job Title: Telesales Team Leader

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 2–4 years in Telesales/Telecalling, preferably with Team Handling experience

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telesales Team Leader to manage and motivate our telesales team and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, guide, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assign targets to team members and regularly monitor their performance.
- Ensure the team achieves assigned sales and revenue targets within the given timelines.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions, and individual team performance.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve team productivity and sales conversion.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing difficult sales.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
- Track leads and ensure proper follow-up to maximize conversions.
- Maintain team discipline, attendance, and productivity.




- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and achieve higher targets.
- Coordinate with management regarding team performance, targets, and requirements.
- Ensure consistent achievement of team KPIs and sales goals.

Requirements:

- Graduation preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in telesales/telecalling.
- Previous experience in team handling or a Team Leader role is preferred.
- Solid communication and convincing skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting.
