- Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience: 3–8 years in industrial B2B sales/marketing

- Industry exposure: Sugar, cement, thermal power, biomass/boiler, foundry, steel, or other process industries
- Product experience: Fuel additives, combustion catalysts, coal additives, boiler chemicals, process chemicals, industrial consumables, or similar technical products
- Key requirement: Existing relationships with Sugar Mills, Cement Plants and Power Plants in Karnataka
- Should be comfortable with plant visits, technical discussions, trials, follow-ups and commercial negotiations
- Ability to identify decision-makers such as Plant Heads, GM/Works, Boiler Heads, Maintenance Heads, Purchase and Technical teams
- Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka

Secondary: Bagalkot, Vijayapura, Dharwad, Gadag, Haveri, Davanagere, Ballari, Koppal, Raichur, Kalaburagi, Bidar and other major industrial locations in Karnataka.

1. Main ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop recent customers in sugar,



cement and power industries.
2. Build a database of plants, key contacts and decision-makers.
3. Arrange plant visits and technical presentations.
4. Coordinate combustion catalyst / fuel additive trials with plant technical teams.
5. Collect fuel/boiler operating data required for technical evaluation.
6. Coordinate product trials and monitor performance.
7. Prepare follow-up reports and commercial proposals along with the technical team.
8. Develop long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
9. Achieve monthly/annual sales and customer-development targets.

Important Hiring PointFor this position, I would not restrict the search only to candidates who have sold combustion catalysts. A candidate who has strong contacts and sales experience in sugar mills, cement plants, boilers, coal/fuel, industrial chemicals or power plants can be very valuable because your technical team can support the product/application side.
