About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The candidate should have good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, preferably with experience in a recruitment consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across different functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates until offer acceptance and joining.
- Manage candidate communication and salary negotiation.




- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Consultancy preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition processes.
- Good understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple positions and meet recruitment targets.
- Male candidates preferred.
