Finejewelhouse is a jewellery export brand selling internationally through Etsy and eBay, along with direct export orders. We specialize in high-quality, finely crafted jewellery designed for global customers.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, creative individual to manage our product listings and social media presence, and help grow our online jewellery business.

Role Overview:

We are hiring an E-Commerce Listing & Social Media Manager to handle end-to-end product listing across marketplaces/website, and manage our social media content and engagement. This is a hybrid role combining operational accuracy (listings, catalog, pricing) with creative marketing (content, reels, campaigns).

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Listing:

- Create, upload, and optimize product listings on Etsy and eBay, and support export order documentation/catalogs as needed
- Write clear, SEO-friendly titles, tags, and product descriptions (Etsy SEO experience is a strong plus)
- Upload and organize product images/videos as per platform guidelines
- Manage pricing, stock updates, and product variations (size, metal type, stone, plating, etc.)
- Monitor listing performance, reviews, and fix errors, policy issues, or rejections
- Track competitor listings, pricing trends, and international buyer preferences
- Coordinate with the export/shipping team for order fulfillment timelines and international shipping requirements

Social Media Management:





- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Create/coordinate photos, reels, and posts showcasing jewellery collections
- Write engaging captions and manage hashtags/SEO for social reach
- Respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries professionally
- Run or coordinate paid promotions/ad campaigns (basic knowledge preferred)
- Track engagement, follower growth, and reach; report monthly insights

Requirements:

- Graduate in any stream (Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field preferred)
- Prior experience in e-commerce listing and/or social media management (jewellery/fashion industry a plus)
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for catalog and inventory data
- Familiarity with Canva, basic photo/video editing tools
- Robust written communication and attention to detail
- Understanding of SEO basics for product listings and social content
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently

Good to Have:

- Prior experience with Etsy Seller Hub and/or eBay Seller Portal
- Understanding of export documentation basics (invoices, packing lists, international shipping norms)
- Knowledge of Meta/Instagram Ads Manager or basic paid promotions
- An eye for jewellery styling and visual presentation for international audiences
