About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Computer Trainer to join our IT Training Institute. The trainer will be responsible for teaching computer courses, conducting practical sessions, helping students develop technical skills, and preparing them for academic and professional careers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct classroom and practical training sessions.
- Teach computer fundamentals and software applications.
- Train students in MS Office, Internet, Windows, and basic computer operations.
- Deliver training on programming/web development courses according to expertise.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Conduct tests, assessments, and practical examinations.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual guidance.
- Resolve students' technical questions and doubts.
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and training reports.
- Keep course content updated according to current industry requirements.




- Support students with projects and practical assignments.
- Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment.
- Preferred SkillsGood knowledge of computer applications and IT concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Practical knowledge of relevant software/programming technologies.
- Basic knowledge of project development is an advantage.
- Ability to work with students from beginner to advanced levels.
