Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle leads through calls, references, online platforms and other sources.

- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable projects.

- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.

- Schedule and conduct property site visits.

- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and offers to clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and closure.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidates only.





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good spoken English and Hindi.

- Confident, presentable and skilled personality.

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM is an advantage.

- Real estate sales experience will be preferred.

- Freshers can also apply if they have good communication and sales skills.
