Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: 1st Floor, KOPA Mall, Mundhwa Road, Koregaon Park Annexe, Pune, Maharashtra – 411001

Eligibility: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
- Explain and demonstrate games
- Handle billing, cashiering and payment transactions
- Ensure a pleasant customer experience

Working Hours:

- 9-hour rotational shifts
- 1 weekly off
- Weekends and public holidays are working days

Female Shifts: 10 AM–7 PM | 11 AM–8 PM | 12 PM–9 PM

Male Shifts: 1 PM–10 PM | 2 PM–11 PM | 3 PM–12 AM | 4 PM–1 AM

Key: Candidates must be available for all applicable shifts during the first 15 days of joining.
