Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible E-Commerce Executive Intern to support our day-to-day online marketplace operations.

The intern will assist with product listings, order management, customer support, inventory updates, marketplace research, and basic reporting across platforms such as eBay, Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.

- Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and updating product listings.
- Write and edit product titles, descriptions and item details.
- Upload product images and maintain listing accuracy.
- Monitor and process online orders.
- Update order and tracking details on marketplaces.
- Assist with customer queries, messages and complaints.
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team.
- Track shipments and delivery status.
- Update stock, pricing and product information.
- Conduct product and competitor research.
- Assist in marketplace SEO and keyword research.
- Maintain sales, order and inventory reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Monitor marketplace performance and account health.
- Support the team with returns,



refunds and order-related issues.
- Perform other e-commerce operational tasks as required.
- Required SkillsBasic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good internet research skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic English communication skills.
- QualificationGraduate / Undergraduate in any stream.
- Freshers and students looking to build a career in e-commerce can apply.
- Prior knowledge of Amazon, eBay, Flipkart or other marketplaces will be an advantage.
