? Hiring: Customer Support Executive – Social Media Chat

? CTC: ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries received through Social Media Chats & DMs.
- Respond to customer queries on Instagram, Facebook, X, and other platforms.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain response TAT and customer satisfaction.
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain professional communication and follow process guidelines.
Requirements:
✅ Excellent written English communication
✅ Valuable typing speed
✅ Strong customer-handling skills
✅ Experience in Social Media / Chat / Non-Voice Support preferred
✅ Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
