About Lokseva Decor Company :

Established in 1995, Lokseva Decor Company is a 30-year-old building repair and rehabilitation contractor based in Mumbai, with 561+ completed projects across housing societies, government bodies, and corporate clients. Our work spans structural repair, waterproofing, plastering, painting, and plumbing, along with specialist retrofit capability in column jacketing, micro-concrete repair, and FRP (glass-fibre) wrapping, etc.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for day-to-day execution on our building repair and rehabilitation projects. This is a hands-on, execution-critical role — you will run the site, lead the crew, and be the person our clients and management rely on to keep quality, safety, and schedule on track.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take full charge of daily site operations on housing society and commercial building repair projects

• Supervise and coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries on site

• Oversee execution of core repair works: structural repair, waterproofing, plastering, painting, and plumbing

• Ensure workmanship meets Lokseva's quality standards and manufacturer application specifications

• Read and work from site drawings, method statements, and estimates

• Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and material consumption logs

• Coordinate with the client/society committee on progress updates and site-level queries





• Enforce site safety practices and maintain a safe working environment for all crew

• Flag delays, quality issues, or resource gaps to the Project Manager promptly

• Guide and mentor junior supervisors and site labour

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supervising building repair, waterproofing, or civil construction sites

• Strong practical knowledge of waterproofing, plastering, structural repair, and painting methods

• Ability to read basic technical and estimates

• Proven ability to manage labour and subcontractor crews on active sites

• Strong communication skills — comfortable liaising with clients, society committees, and management

• Willingness to travel between project sites across Mumbai and suburbs

• ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred, but strong hands-on experience will be given equal weight
