? JOB SUMMARY

Sonameeta Ventures LLP is looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist the Manager in complete Sales Order execution, from order receipt to dispatch. The role involves customer support, order tracking, internal coordination, payment follow-ups, record keeping and MIS reporting. Candidates with experience in Customer Support, Sales Coordination, Order Processing or Manufacturing Sales Support will be preferred.

- Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Support, Sales Coordination, Order Processing or Manufacturing Sales Support

- ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle Sales Orders/POs and coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Stores, Dispatch & Logistics teams.
- Track order status, production progress, dispatch and delivery.




- Handle customer queries related to new orders, delivery, transport, dispatch status, payments and pending orders.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payment and outstanding follow-ups when required.
- Maintain accurate records of Sales Orders, dispatches, pending orders, customer queries and follow-ups.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports covering Sales Order vs. Dispatch and Pending Order Status for Manager/Director review.
- Escalate critical customer issues, delays, quality complaints and other concerns to the Manager.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
- Assist the Manager in smooth and timely execution of customer orders from receipt to dispatch.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Female Graduate candidate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- BBA/MBA Marketing candidates preferred.
- Experience in customer support, sales coordination, order processing or manufacturing sales support preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, Email and ERP.
- Candidates comfortable communicating in English, Hindi and Gujarati will be preferred.
- ? SALARY & INCENTIVES:Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
