? Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant Debt Collection/Recovery manager experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, train and motivate a team of collection executives.
- Develop collection strategies and drive timely recovery of outstanding payments.
- Monitor team performance, collection rates, customer interactions, feedback and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and continuously grow the collection portfolio.
- Identify recent market opportunities and onboard new collection portfolios.
- Plan and manage manpower deployment as per portfolio requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, collection guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Monitor DRA certification and required ID cards for the team.
- Identify team strengths and development areas to improve overall performance.
Ideal Candidate: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, client-management and team-handling skills with proven experience in debt collection/recovery.
