Job Description – NDR & Logistics Team Leader

We are looking for a responsible and experienced NDR & Logistics Manager to manage courier operations, shipment deliveries, customer follow-ups, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate regularly with courier and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment movement and timely delivery.

Follow up on NDR (Non-Delivery Report) shipments and take necessary actions to increase successful deliveries.

Arrange re-attempts, address corrections, customer confirmations, and other required actions for undelivered shipments.

Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with customers regarding their shipment status and delivery availability.

Coordinate with courier companies through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Handle email coordination and follow-ups with logistics partners for shipment-related issues.

Monitor pending, delayed, RTO, and undelivered shipments and ensure timely resolution.

Work towards improving the company's overall delivery ratio to 55% or above.

Prepare and maintain shipment delivery reports and performance records.





Identify operational issues affecting delivery performance and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.

Ensure proper follow-up and coordination to minimize RTO and undelivered shipments.

Maintain strong relationships with courier partners and ensure effective communication for smooth logistics operations.

Required Skills:

Positive communication and follow-up skills.

Experience in courier, logistics, NDR, or shipment management will be preferred.

Strong email and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple shipments and operational tasks simultaneously.

Good knowledge of Excel and basic reporting.

Problem-solving and customer handling skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve delivery performance targets.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

Improve and maintain the company's delivery ratio at 55% or above.

Reduce NDR and RTO shipments.

Ensure timely courier coordination and shipment resolution.

Maintain effective customer and courier follow-ups.

Improve overall shipment delivery performance.
