Job Summary : We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full hiring process. You will find, interview, and hire top talent to join our growing team.?
Key Responsibilities : Post job openings on online career boards and social networks. Source candidates using databases and LinkedIn. Screen resumes and applications for matching skills. Conduct phone interviews to shortlist qualified applicants. Schedule final interviews for team hiring managers. Send job offers and guide current hires through onboarding. Update candidate records in our tracking system.
Qualifications Experience: Proven work history as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Skills: Strong screening, interviewing, and communication
Skills.Tools: Familiarity with job boards and candidate tracking systems (ATS).Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
