Location: Oragadam, Chennai

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Inspect plastic automotive components as per quality standards and specifications.
- Perform in-process and final inspection of plastic parts.
- Identify defects such as scratches, dents, cracks, dimensional issues, and molding defects.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, etc.
- Maintain inspection and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and SOPs.
- Report quality issues to the Supervisor/Quality Engineer.
- Support sorting, rework, and rejection activities.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures at the workplace.

Requirements :

- ITI / Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in Quality Inspection, preferably in plastic parts / automotive manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.
- Valuable observation and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
