HR Recruiter – Telecalling Based

Role Purpose:

Responsible for sourcing candidates through telecalling, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining against manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing – Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and recruitment channels.
2. Telecalling & Screening – Make high-volume recruitment calls, explain job roles, salary, location, benefits, and eligibility.
3. Candidate Follow-up – Regularly follow up with shortlisted candidates until interview and joining.
4. Interview Coordination – Schedule interviews with HR/Operations and ensure candidates attend as planned.
5. Joining Conversion – Maintain continuous communication with selected candidates and maximize joining ratios.
6. Recruitment Targets – Achieve daily and monthly calling, screening, interview,



and joining targets.
7. Database Management – Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and follow-up trackers.
8. Offer & Documentation Coordination – Coordinate required documents and joining formalities with selected candidates.
9. Manpower Fulfilment – Work closely with HR and Operations teams to close open positions within defined timelines.
10. Reporting – Submit daily recruitment reports covering calls, candidates screened, interviews, selections, and joinings.

Preferred Skills:

Positive communication, convincing ability, follow-up skills, target orientation, basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, and prior recruitment/telecalling experience.
