Employment Type: Full-Time (Day Shift)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹27,000 per month

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹2,000

About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for helping customers plan their travel. You will assist clients with travel bookings, tour packages, ticket reservations, and provide end-to-end travel support.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in planning domestic and international travel.
- Explain tour packages and travel itineraries.
- Handle flight, hotel, bus, and holiday package bookings.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending leads.




- Coordinate with vendors and travel partners.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
- EligibilityEducation: 12th Pass or above
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Travel, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field
- Age: 18–60 years
- Gender: Female
- English: Basic English communication skills
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of travel booking processes is an added advantage
