Process: Inbound Customer Care

Experience: Fresher + Experienced Candidates (Preferred)

Language: English + Hindi - Exceptionally Good Communication

Working Hours: 9 Hours (Including 1 Hour Break)

Working Days: 6 Days Working - Rotational Shift | 1 Rotational Off

Salary In-hand: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 22,000 + Rs. 4,000 Attendance Bonus

• Jaipur - 8 Openings: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan

• Ahmedabad - 3 Openings: Maninagar Cross Road, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

About the Role:

We are looking for Junior Consultant / Consultant - Customer Happiness professionals for an inbound customer care process. The role involves understanding customer needs, resolving complaints or issues related to insurance products or services, and delivering a consistent and supportive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication: Answer customer calls to understand and address their needs, complaints, or issues with insurance products or services.

• Efficient Response:



Respond efficiently and accurately, explain possible solutions, and ensure customers feel supported and valued.

• Active Listening: Confirm or clarify information and diffuse irate customers when required.

• Tool Utilization: Use software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.

• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.

• Policy Adherence: Follow all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Language: Exceptionally positive English and Hindi communication; Hindi fluency is mandatory.

• Customer Handling: Sympathetic approach, active listening, and multitasking ability.

• Voice Process: Prior voice process experience is preferred; freshers may also apply.

• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts.
