We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our Noida location to drive sales of prepaid smart metering solutions in residential societies, apartments, PGs, hostels, and other properties.

The candidate should must have bike and will be responsible for meeting prospective customers, society management teams, facility managers, property owners, and decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting our solutions, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through field visits and direct meetings.

Meet RWA members, facility managers, property managers, builders, PG/hostel owners, and society management.

Explain and demonstrate the perks of prepaid smart meters and related solutions.

Identify customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into confirmed sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain a proper database of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution.





Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Explore new societies and properties to increase the company's market presence in Noida and nearby areas.

Candidate Requirements

Must have own conveyance (bike/scooter/car) for regular field visits.

Must be comfortable with extensive field sales and meeting people daily.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong convincing and sales-closing ability.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.

Experience in smart meters, electrical products, real estate, facility management, SaaS, IoT, or B2B sales will be an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication and confidence may also be considered.
